CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State volleyball junior Ryan White was honored as Academic All-District, as announced on Tuesday afternoon by the College Sports Communicators.
The award recognizes the top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. Academic All-District honorees advance to the Academic All-America ballot, with the first, second and third teams to be announced in January.
For the second year in a row, the honors scholar – majoring in Business Administration – was tabbed by CSC. The libero from Richland, Washington, played in every set and led the Beavers in digs with 448 all while maintaining a 3.86 GPA.
