#Beavers Kick Off Wrestling Season This Weekend

CORVALLIS – Oregon State opens its 2021 wrestling schedule on Sunday when the Beavers take on North Dakota State, South Dakota State and Missouri in the NDSU Quadrangular.

Sunday’s meet also mark the debut of Chris Pendleton, who was announced as Oregon State’s head coach on March 29. NDSU will host the meet in Fargo, N.D. and the opening dual versus NDSU will be streamed on Flo Wrestling. The matches versus SDSU and Missouri will not be broadcast.

Oregon State goes into the tournament with an opportunity for a top-25 victory as Missouri is a consensus top-20 team. The Tigers are ranked as high as No. 10 by InterMat.

Sunday’s meet will be 302 days since the Beavers last competed, on March 7, 2020 at the Pac-12 Championships.
