CLEMSON, S.C. – Maya Hahn scored for the third consecutive game and the Oregon defense held up against a barrage of shots from No. 19 Clemson as the Ducks emerged with a 1-1 tie against the Tigers Friday at Riggs Field.

The Ducks nearly got on the board 10 minutes earlier when Hardy found Maggie Lacey with a perfect cross, but Lacey’s header went just right of the net.
Clemson tied the match at 1-1 with a goal in the 74th minute when Mariana Speckmaier headed in a free kick.
The Ducks almost won the game in regulation when Ally Cook got behind the defense and beat Clemson’s goalie, but her shot in the 90th minute bounced off the right post.
Who Stood Out: Center back Alyssa Hinojosa and the defense. Hinojosa played all 110 minutes in a physical game that tested Oregon’s depth. Seven different players saw action on the back line at some point during Friday’s match, but that group yielded just one goal on Clemson’s 25 shots.
