EUGENE, Ore. — Oregon head women’s basketball coach Kelly Graves has announced the Ducks’ 2023-24 nonconference schedule, which officially begins with the season opener against Northern Arizona on Nov. 6 at Matthew Knight Arena.
The Ducks will play seven of their 13 nonconference games at home, while also competing at the Trailblazer Classic hosted by Utah Tech to close their nonconference slate. UO will meet the Trailblazers on Dec. 19 before taking on Oklahoma State on Dec. 21.
“We are really excited about our nonconference schedule and being able to face quality opponents before gearing up for Pac-12 play,” Graves said. “Our team will face some tests, especially away from home, and we’ll get a good idea of where we stand fairly early in the season. But we are so excited to get back in front of the best fans in the country at Matthew Knight Arena.”
Oregon’s nonconference schedule is highlighted by four teams that qualified for last year’s NCAA tournament, including Baylor, Portland, Oklahoma State and Southern. The Ducks will make the trip to Waco, Texas, to take on three-time national champion Baylor on Sunday, Dec. 3, with the Bears making the return trip to Eugene in the 2024-25 season.
Oregon will host Southern Oregon in an exhibition game on Sunday, Oct. 29 before officially beginning the season against Northern Arizona.
Season tickets are now on sale and can be purchased online at GoDucks.com/tickets. The Ducks’ 2023-24 conference schedule, along with start times and broadcast information, will be announced at a later date.
