Fernando Kelli, Riley McCauley, Jake Slaughter and Chase Strumpf receive nods to represent the Emeralds in Boise, Idaho
EUGENE, OR – Four Eugene Emeralds were named to the 2019 Northwest League / Pioneer League All-Star Game on Wednesday afternoon. Fernando Kelli, Riley McCauley, Jake Slaughter, and Chase Strumpf will represent the Ems and the Northwest League as a whole when the team takes on the Pioneer League All-Stars in Boise, Idaho on August 6.
Eugene’s is tied for the second-most NWL All-Star nods, trailing only the Hillsboro Hops (5). Kelli and Strumpf were both named as starters while McCauley and Slaughter will be reserves.
