EUGENE, Ore. – For the 11th time in the last 12 years Oregon will open the year ranked in the Associated Press Top 25. The Ducks came in at No. 11 in the preseason AP Poll released on Monday morning.

The No. 11 AP ranking is Oregon’s highest to open a season since 2015, while the Ducks are 12-3 all-time in season openers when ranked. Oregon came in at No. 13 in the preseason Amway Coaches Poll that was unveiled on Aug. 1.
