CORVALLIS, Ore. – Oregon State men’s golf head coach Jon Reehoorn announced the team’s 2023-24 schedule Wednesday, a slate which sees the Beavers get underway in Michigan on Sept. 4.
The three-day Folds of Honor Collegiate will air on the Golf Channel and kicks off the Beavers’ season, which will see OSU compete in 10 tournaments before participating in the Pac-12 Championships April 26-28.
Four of the 10 will take place in the fall, including the Oregon State Invitational at Trysting Tree Golf Course Oct. 9-10. The Beavers will also compete in the Husky Invitational Sept. 18 and 19 in the Seattle area, and the Cal Poly Invite, Oct. 30 and 31 in Carmel, Calif.
A short hiatus will be followed by the Amer Ari Invitational in Hawai’i Feb. 8-10. The Beavers follow that up with a visit to The Prestige in La Quinta, Calif., Feb. 19-21, before heading home to Oregon to compete in the Bandon Dunes Collegiate, hosted by Idaho, March 10-12.
Mateo Fuenmayor will look to defend his individual title at the Duck Invitational March 25-26 in Eugene, then will head to the Bay Area March 28-30 to participate in The Goodwin.
OSU ends its pre-Pac-12 Tournament slate April 12-13 at the Thunderbird Collegiate in Tempe, Ariz.
Reehoorn and the Beavers are looking for their fifth consecutive NCAA postseason this year. OSU advanced to the 2023 NCAA Las Vegas Regional.
