Oregon State Women’s Soccer Head Coach Lauren Sinacola Resigns

CORVALLIS, Ore. Oregon State University Head Women’s Soccer Coach Lauren Sinacola announced she is resigning from her position effective today.

During Sinacola’s three years leading the Beavers, the program’s first ever female head coach, tied the program’s record of most wins in a single season since 2012, produced five All Pac-12 players, and led the Beavers to a top 25 United Soccer Coaches Ranking.

Throughout Sinacola’s tenure, the Beavers women’s soccer players have excelled in the classroom and have had a strong community presence. Coach Sinacola lead the program to drastically increase its community outreach and academic success.

Three Oregon State University women’s soccer players have been named to the College Sports Communication Academic All-District team under Coach Sinacola’s tenure. Fifty-seven additional Beavers were named to the PAC-12 Honor Roll between the Fall of 2021 and Winter of 2024.
