EUGENE – The Oregon women’s golf team has signed 2021 recruit Baylee Hammericksen to a National Letter of Intent, head coach Derek Radley announced on Wednesday afternoon.

A native of Medford, Hammericksen will join the Ducks for the start of the 2021-22 season.

“We are very excited for Baylee to join our Duck family,” said Radley. “She is one of the best talents to come out of the state of Oregon and has championship experience. Baylee comes from an incredible support system with her father, Jamie, her mother, Kirsten, and her younger sister, Riley. Baylee is a perfect fit for our proram.”

Hammericksen won the Class 4A/3A/2A/1A individual state championship as both a freshman and a sophomore before her bid for a third straight was derailed by COVID-19. Hammericksen will compete for St. Mary’s High School as a senior this spring before coming to Eugene.
