#PAC12MBB STARTING FIVE

3 x 25 – The Pac-12 has three AP Top 25 teams (#3 ARIZONA, #18 COLORADO, #23 USC) for consecutive weeks for the first time completing an 18-week stretch of three ranked teams throughout the entire 2021-22 season.

• At #18, Colorado possesses its highest ranking since climbing to 16th in the Feb. 10, 2020 poll. The Buffaloes were last inside the top 15 in 2014 (#15, 1/6/14).

5 – The Pac-12 has amassed five victories against Power Conference opponents through the opening two weeks of the season, with all five coming away from home.

• It marks the league’s most victories over Power Conference foes in the opening two weeks of a season since the 2019-20 campaign (5-3).

5-0/4-0 – ARIZONA, COLORADO and OREGON are the three remaining unbeaten Pac-12 Men’s Basketball teams after two weeks of action. 

• The Wildcats are off to a 5-0 start for the fifth consecutive season, while the Buffaloes and Ducks are both 4-0 for the first time since 2019-20 (CU opened 7-0, ORE started 6-0).

8 – ARIZONA STATE’s Frankie Collins equaled a program record with eight steals in a 71-69 comeback victory over UMass Lowell. Collins had seven points and three steals inside the final 2:05 to help the Sun Devils erase a late 11-point deficit.

• The eight steals were the most by a Pac-12 player since Oregon’s Chris Duarte also had eight against USC in Jan. 2020.

22 – This week’s 22-game Feast Week slate will feature nine Pac-12 programs competing in multi-team events (MTEs).

• Among the 22 games will be at least 10 (as many as 13) against Power Conference opponents, and at least three games (as many as six) against AP Top 25 opponents.
• ARIZONA will go for its second AP Top 25 win of the season when it faces #21 Michigan State in the Acrisure Classic at 1:00 p.m. PT on Thanksgiving Day (FOX).
• The Wildcats are 12-4 vs. AP Top 25 foes under Tommy Lloyd, including 6-2 in non-conference matchups and 6-1 at neutral sites.
