#Pac12Soccer: Oregon Women’s Team Debuts at No. 20

EUGENE – For the first time in program history, Oregon finds itself ranked in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25.

The Ducks, 2-1-1, had received votes in polls during previous seasons, but had never cracked the rankings until they landed at No. 20 on Monday.

Oregon is coming off a 2-1 win over defending NCAA champion and then-No. 3 Stanford on Friday and a tight 1-0 loss to then-No. 14 California Sunday.

Oregon will face its third consecutive ranked team Friday when the Ducks play at No. 3 UCLA.

Other Pac-12 teams in this week’s poll include No. 10 Cal, No. 23 Stanford and No. 25 Washington State.
