BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Junior Maddie Goings led the Beavers with 15 kills, but the Oregon State volleyball team fell in three sets at Indiana in the Beavers’ second match of the Hoosier Invite, Friday morning.

The Beavers, who swept its first two matches last weekend at the Oregon Classic, took the loss for the second straight day at the Hoosier Invite evening their season record at 2-2 while Indiana improved to 4-1.  Set scores were 25-15, 25-17 and 25-18.

The opening set was close through the midpoint with the Beavers holding the lead at 13-12. But the Hoosiers found a burst of life late in the set going on an 11-1 run to secure the opener 25-15.
